You can book a consultation with our Level 4  Personal Trainer, who will talk to you to find out about your fitness level and health history and what you are looking to achieve. Together you would then set realistic short-term and long-term goals and he will design a fitness program to help you reach your goals. We will also track your fitness using the latest fitness software, so you are able to monitor your progression.

Our Personal Fitness Trainer can also educate clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. Qualified Level 4 Exercise Referral Diabetes & Obesity.
