Spa Etiquette Guide
To help you to make the most of your time with us and to allow us to provide you with the best possible level of service, we have put together the following spa etiquette guide.
Spa Etiquette
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones, pagers or cameras within the spa.
Spa Arrival
It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 1 hour 20 minutes prior to your treatment reservation so that you get the full hour in the spa area before your treatment. You are then able to enjoy the facilities and relax fully. During your time with us, spend a while in the relaxation room, a haven of peace and tranquility. The soothing music and comfortable seating make it the ideal area to unwind in before treatments. Late arrival will result in shortened time in the spa area as treatments must, of course, start on time.
What to Bring
Swimming costumes must be worn in the spa area at all times. For your comfort we will provide you with a robe, towels and slippers to use throughout your visit. Lockers are available for your personal belongings but kindly suggest that clients leave all valuables and jewellery at home. Paper underwear will be provided for treatments if requested. We cannot be responsible for any jewelry damaged or lost at our premises, we suggest you leave all valuables at home.
