“Superbly Relaxing ! Top class spa facilities with amazing staff. Was here on Sat having bubbleicious fun with the ladies. There were 5 of us, super relaxing time in the Spa followed by wall to wall treatments with the lovely girls, I had Sian (she was amazing), I had the facial and back neck and shoulders massage, excellent value for money, we have booked again but we are going for the full package next time, which is even better value again. I left feeling nice and relaxed and enjoyed a few glasses of bubbles too, i think we will book nibbles next time too. Cant wait to go back”

“My partner and I visited last weekend for the couples spa package and we LOVED it.
We were made to feel very welcome by the lady who was sat at the reception.
We were offered a drink as soon as we arrived.
We were shown around the spa and as it was our first time there we were shown how to use the Jacuzzi and sauna.
We were provided with robes, towels and slippers. …
Our stuff was placed in the lockers and we knew they would be secure as we had the keys.
We had a glass of delicious bubbly whilst in the Jacuzzi and were left to relax in there for 1 hour – perfect!
We were given a 10 minute warning before our treatments started which gave us time to dry off.
We were provided with drinks and fruit to have during the 60 minutes in the spa.

“Came over to The beauty island yesterday with one of my work colleagues for a spa package and had such a lovely afternoon.
Salon itself is beautiful.. spotlessly clean and nicely presented.
Staff were very welcoming on arrival and very thorough on ensuring we were comfortable with our afternoon schedule.
Treatment rooms were absolutely spot on, very tranquil ambience with lovely therapists that gave us a fantastic treatments.. we both had a massage package which was so relaxing so much so I went home and slept all afternoon!
Would totally recommend this salon to others we really enjoyed our experience and will def be back “

“Fantastic little gem! I have had several treatments here and have been very impressed with the standard. The spa itself is clean and well maintained with plenty of shower facilities and treatment rooms. The salon is bright and spacious and it’s very lovely to walk through the doors into the candle lit hallway to the treatment rooms – really gets you in the mood to relax. Therapists are polite and friendly and happy to discuss your needs before and during the treatment. I had the Thai fusion massage today with Victoria and she was amazing – she was so committed to getting rid of all the horrible knots and tension in my back. I had plenty of time to relax after with a glass of cool water. I also came here with two friends for a birthday spa package and we were treated so well – really made it a special day for my friend; prosecco in the hot tub! You can now book online too which is really handy. I feel very lucky to live near to this sanctuary !”

” Hidden Gem ? – I booked this half day spa as a last minute treat for me and my daughter. The lovely lady on the phone re scheduled her appointments to accommodate us at such short notice what wonderful service We loved the whole experience the staff are very professional as are the treatments . The hot stone massage was just what we needed and perfectly delivered. The ambience of the spa and treatment rooms compliment the whole calming experience. We shall definitely return. ” Diamond in the rough  – I found this venue and deal on the Secret Escape website and looked for a half day pamper which consisted of 2 treatments and use of the sauna and jacuzzi. The morning was arranged for my mums 60th birthday. Whilst the salon in situated in a really run down part of Worthing opposite the station, once I had located it, I had such a nice surprise.Rachel who appears to run the salon was so helpful leading up to the day when wanting to order in lunch and also on the day too. The sanctuary is absolutely gorgeous and so tastefully designed too. We were greeted by Rachel and then looked after by Rebecca who was fabulous. All the staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome and explained what would happen. We were given champagne in the jacuzzi and made to feel very special. The venue is so clean and spotless too. I was sad to leave after lunch as I would have happily stayed all day. I think that the BIS service is on par if not better than its major competitors for a fraction of the price. The treatments were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Keep doing what your doing and open one in Hampshire please! ”

” 5* Customer Service – We didn’t use the facilities, just called in to book a spa day for our daughter’s birthday. The service we received from Ela and Ben was absolutely spot on from start to finish. Ben showed us around the spa and massage rooms — such a lovely, relaxing ambience with more than a touch of luxury.. then Ela helped us chose a spa experience to perfectly suit our daughter, and delivered the tailor made gift voucher beautifully gift wrapped for us to present to her. She has 6 months in which to use it.. but I don’t think she’ll leave it THAT long!!
