Getting to the Spa from Brighton
By train from Brighton
Direct Southern services run Brighton → Worthing in around 20 minutes, several an hour. Our spa is a few minutes’ walk from Worthing station — no Brighton-style parking hunt at the end.
By car
Roughly 30 minutes via the A27, or the slower coastal A259 if you fancy the sea views. Free/easy parking nearby — a relief if you’ve ever tried to park near Brighton seafront on a Saturday.

Make a Day of It Near Brighton
Brighton’s great, but it’s busy. Worthing is the calmer coastal cousin twenty minutes west — and it pairs perfectly with a few private hours at the spa. Arrive late morning, take your treatments and spa time, then head out for the afternoon.
After Your Spa Day
Step straight out onto the quieter end of the coast. Worthing seafront and the pier are a short walk away and a world calmer than Brighton’s. For something greener, Highdown Gardens and the South Downs sit just inland — Cissbury Ring is a gentle climb with huge views back over the sea. There’s a growing crop of independent cafés and seafood spots near the front if you’d rather stretch the day into an early dinner before the train back.
