All guests receive a 25-minute massage or facial treatment. Choose from the Spa Glowing Facial or Classic Massage, depending on whether you need complete body relaxation or prefer to take care of your skin.

Begin with a warm welcome toast, which includes a non-alcoholic Buck fizz or non-alcoholic Mango Mimosa. Enjoy unlimited non-alcoholic sparkling wine or mocktails for a touch of sophistication. Before Your Visit – Everything You Need to Know

We want your visit to The Beauty Island Sanctuary to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to read the information below before your spa experience.

1. Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to begin your spa experience feeling relaxed.

2. What to Bring

Please bring your swimming costume and flip-flops. We will provide complimentary luxury robes, towels and a hair dryer for your comfort throughout your visit.

3. Health & Medical Information

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, are pregnant, have recently had surgery or are taking medication, please inform us before your appointment. Certain medical conditions may require written approval from your GP or consultant before some spa treatments can be carried out safely.

4. Food & Refreshments

We are delighted to offer a delicious food and drinks menu to complement your spa experience. If you would like to enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or refreshments during your visit, please pre-order when booking online or contact our reception before your appointment.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary requirements before your visit. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available with advance notice.

6. Nut Allergy Notice

Although we take every precaution, our kitchen is not a nut-free environment. Some food products may contain or have come into contact with nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

7. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid delaying other guests’ appointments. The full treatment price will still apply.

8. Mobile Phones

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our Balinese spa, we kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent throughout your visit.
